awesome stay!
equipped kitchen easy check-in
i loved the spaciousness of the one-bedroom suite and its fully equipped kitchenwith pans, plates, spoons, and an electric stove! free parking was a huge plus, and check-in was very easy. the location was definitely nice, and i found it not on the main strip, which i enjoyed so much.
Unfortunately, the walls seemed a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms, a little disturbing.

The hotel features multiple pools. Amenities were excellent . There were many scheduled activities available. The rooms have flat-screen televisions. I was happy with the clean environment and well-equipped kitchen, complete with necessary tools and silverware.
The air conditioning vent in my room made a noticeable noise. I found it a bit distracting.

Our executive two-bedroom suite had a full kitchen. That was so useful. i found the on-site laundry facilities very convenient! it was great to have multiple pools available throughout the hotel. I loved that.
The furniture seemed a bit outdated. i noticed the shower curtain rod was loose. That's a small fix they could easily do! the hot tub water looked a little low.

stained carpets musty smell
honestly, the carpets looked like a crime scene waiting to happen. i mean, seriously, how many unidentified stains does one carpet need? and the musty smell? it was like the room was trying to tell a very sad, very damp story. the lack of a decent coffee source nearby was a letdown, especially considering my need for caffeine is a constant.

i totally loved the kitchen area, it had everything i needed to prepare meals. the multiple pool areas was amazing, and each one offered a totally different vibe, so i could switch it up.
the smell of cleaning products used was quite strong as i entered the room first.

The air conditioning unit was excessively loud. It had no settings to adjust the intensity of the airflow. The balcony was also rather small. The staff were polite, but this could not compensate for the inconvenience I felt.

Adequate stay with noticeable issues
numerous pools close proximity cleaning issues multiple cockroaches
The pools were numerous and close, so finding one without many children was easy.
The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. I discovered multiple cockroaches in the kitchen and on a towel. I stayed seventeen days, but I only received one cleaning service during that time.
